Wednesday's cod sounds delicious and set to Vince's piano is my kinda way to have dinner on a cold night. The song "Skating" is one of my holiday favorites. When I want to think I'm eating healthy, I steam my fish on the stovetop. Somewhere along the way I saw this tidbit where you fill a pan with some water, wrap some aluminum foil in a little ring and put it in the pan. Put your seasoned slab o' fish on a small plate, set it on the foil ring and cover. About 10 minutes and you should have perfectly steamed salmon or whatever. :) It's a great, especially when you don't have the typical equipment like a steamer or basket. Happy Eats!
