You and B and baby would be awesome neighbors, but even with that in mind I don’t want you getting a stupid subprime loan. You’d just break my heart when the foreclosure came. Not if, when. In fact, NO ONE I know is allowed to pick that place up on a subprime loan, okay?

@wsb: Yeah, that’s what I thought. I was pretty surprised by the listing. I also think it’s a little overpriced, but I’m no expert. It’s got some features, that place, but it is a little house (albeit with a fully remodeled daylight basement).
