I would add: pack underwear. But enough about my (commando) weekend jaunt to San Francisco.

Pam,
Thanks for going over my "to do" list before I leave for Portugal and Spain this week. I'm on board with Elliott Ng's waterproof shell suggestion. My teal blue REI jacket takes little space in my duffle bag and I love the color!

Have fun in New York!

Greetings from Montana!

My packing challenge was packing for a business trip to Manhattan and a leisure/outdoor trip to Montana with the same stuff. Made some sacrifices like not having rain gear. :(

Having a super lightweight waterproof rain shell that looks good in a business context seems like something worth having.

Before joining UpTake, I also was Premier Exec. on United. Now I am nobody. :( So even though I HATE window seats, I find that with all the baggage restrictions and heavily business travel flights, everyone is maxing out overhead bin space. So with the United zoned loading system, I think window seats get preference on the boarding.

This means that non-status aisle seat people get screwed on overhead bin space.

Anyway, safe travels and see you in Manhattan on TUE!
