Especially since it's way easy to get CDW coverage on a credit card or via other way more reasonable insurance policies (check AAA or CAA for example). And usually the credit card policies don't have a deductible but they are automatically void if you accept the rental companies insurance. Of course, we're talking a RV here so one would want to make very sure their coverage was valid for RVs. Also they vary on how international their coverage is.
