I’ve got a teeny, tiny story in the August/September issue of Afar — the section is about peak travel experiences. As a haole from the mainland (yeah, I used the “H” word), you will never have the chance to connect to Hawaii the way you can at this workshop.
I pleaded for more words, and while my editor totally advocated for me, we ended up with even fewer than where we started. No matter — I think you trust me when I say that if you want to get Hawaii in a way you never imagined you would, this is the place to do it. I hope this little teaser makes you want to learn more.
