Plus, who wants to put something as sacred as Fish Wednesday in the hands of British Airways? I might be able to get a nice smoked salmon sandwich in Heathrow, but by then it will be Thursday and the moment will have passed. I&#8217;ve moved it up to Monday, giving me the chance to use up the last bit of salmon.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a simple meal. The salmon sat in sweet chili sauce for a while. The veggies are just tossed in olive oil and salt and pepper and then roasted in a very hot oven. When they were done, I put the veggies in a bowl and put the fish in the oven. Voila, not much to it.
