Setting, rainy courtyard.<\/p>\n<p>A dozen people are chopping frogs over a large blue plastic bin. They&#8217;re all dressed in translucent blue rain jackets with the hoods up. A girl stops what she&#8217;s doing and stomps over to us. &#8220;My name Ming, what your name?!&#8221; Everyone is smiling and gawking at us with the same interest that we&#8217;re gawking right back at them. I point at my camera and then at the group and they say it&#8217;s okay for me to snap a few photos. &#8220;I sorry,&#8221; says Ming, &#8220;I busy now.&#8221; And she stomps back to tearing apart the frogs.<\/p>\n<p>3.
